Oh how I love pancake day, we skip ‘proper’ food altogether and go straight for the good stuff. It’s probably the only day of the year that I can guarantee cleared plates from the little people who will happily munch on cheese & ham pancakes and then all sorts of sweet pancakes til their little hearts are content.. it’s slightly more work for me having to keep the pancakes coming but it’s worth it 
I did forget to buy a lemon.. hopefully I have enough Nutella & bananas that they wont notice.. hopefully.
